LIFE FOSTER, funded by the European Commission with the LIFE + Governance program and information on the environment, aims to reduce waste in the food sector by leveraging the culture of prevention and, in particular, identifying a method of monitoring waste products and acting on the awareness and adequate training of the kitchen staff.
